Return Policy
Effective Date: June 12th, 2026
At Kubes Coffee, we want you to love your purchases. Our return policy is designed to make the process simple and fair while accounting for the nature of our products.
Eligible Returns
- Merchandise Only: This policy applies only to non-coffee merchandise such as mugs, apparel, tumblers, gift cards, brewing equipment, and other physical goods sold on our website.
- You may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in **new, unused condition** with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
What Cannot Be Returned
- All Coffee Products: Coffee beans, grounds, subscriptions, instant coffee, and any perishable or consumable coffee-related items are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene and freshness reasons.
- Opened or used merchandise.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards (except in cases required by law).
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise (non-coffee), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return or replacement where possible, at our discretion. Photos of the damage may be required.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team at michael@kubescoffee.com or through the Contact page on our website with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
**Note**: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within **10–14 business days** after we receive and inspect the item.
- Refunds will cover the cost of the merchandise only.
- We do not offer cash refunds for gift card or promotional purchases in all cases—store credit may be issued instead.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise value only.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
